Every order confirmation email we send contains a View your order link. Click that link to see live tracking, delivery status, and a copy of your receipt — no login required.

Can’t find the email?

  1. Check your spam / junk folder — add noreply@favordalkz.com to your contacts.
  2. Search your inbox for “Favor’d Alkz” or the order number on your receipt.
  3. Still nothing? Email us at support@favordalkz.com with your name and approximate order date — we’ll resend the tracking link within one business day.

Registered customers can also sign in to their account to see their full order history in one place. We use passwordless login, so just enter your email and we’ll send a one-time code — no password to remember.
