Our shipping policy covers all orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS to legal US states and jurisdictions. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship same day on business days. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping. Orders $150+ qualify for free ground shipping. We do not ship to states or counties where our products are prohibited — your ZIP code is automatically checked at checkout using our real-time compliance system. Tracking is provided on every order. We use UPS and USPS only.

All sales are final. Favor'd Alkz does not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only considered for orders that fail to arrive, as determined by carrier tracking information. If tracking shows your package was delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. For packages lost in transit, customers must file a claim directly with UPS. Favor'd Alkz may offer a store credit toward a future order at our sole discretion, based on order size and circumstances.
