Our shipping policy covers all orders shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx to legal US states and jurisdictions. Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST (11:30 AM PST for USPS) ship same day on business days. Every order ships Overnight Rush: discounted as your order grows, with FREE Overnight on higher spend — see the shipping policy for every band. Same-day cutoff 2:30 PM PT, Mon–Fri (USPS Overnight cutoff 11:30 AM PT). PO Box orders ship USPS Priority Express — those placed after the USPS cutoff drop the same day but may not depart until the next business day. We do not ship to states or counties where our products are prohibited — your ZIP code is automatically checked at checkout using our real-time compliance system. Tracking is provided on every order. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

All sales are final. Favor'd Alkz does not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only considered for orders that fail to arrive, as determined by carrier tracking information. If tracking shows your package was delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. For packages lost in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method used). Favor'd Alkz may offer a store credit toward a future order at our sole discretion, based on order size and circumstances.
