7-OH Kratom Refund Policy

Our commitment to quality and your complete satisfaction on every 7-OH kratom tablet order.

Temporary update — returns paused on products under pending federal scheduling

The DEA has filed Notices of Intent covering 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16. While that process is pending, we cannot lawfully accept these products back into inventory once they have left our facility. Returns and exchanges on affected products are paused until further notice.

What is not affected:

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items — always covered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund.
  • Orders that have not yet shipped — cancel any time before fulfillment for a full refund.
  • If a scheduling order takes effect before your order ships, we refund it in full, automatically. You do not need to contact us.
  • Mitragynine products, including our mitragynine tablets and powders, are not named in either notice and follow the standard policy below.

Overview

  • You have 30 days after receiving your 7-OH kratom tablet order to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unused, with tags, in original packaging. See full eligibility criteria below.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • Do not ship items back without first requesting a return — unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Email support@favordalkz.com first.
  • If your return is accepted, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to package your kratom tablets.

Refund Process — Step by Step

Contact Us to Initiate Your Return
Email support@favordalkz.com with your order number, the product name, and your reason for return. If there is damage or a broken seal on your kratom tablets, a video is required at this stage — see our FAQ page for documentation instructions.

Receive Your Free Return Shipping Label
We cover return shipping costs on approved 7-OH kratom tablet returns. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed upon approval. Ship only to the address provided at that time — do not use a different address.

Inspection & Approval
Our team inspects the returned kratom tablets to confirm they meet our policy conditions. This process takes 2-3 business days after we receive your package. You will be notified by email once the inspection is complete.

Refund Issued to Original Payment Method
Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund covers the product cost and original shipping. Store credit is available as an alternative — see our Return Policy for store credit details.

Haven't Received Your Refund?

Step 1 — Check Your Bank Account Directly
Refunds on kratom tablet orders sometimes post before email notifications are sent. Log in and verify directly before taking further steps.
Step 2 — Contact Your Credit Card Company
There may be additional processing time before a refund is officially posted to your statement. Card issuers typically take 2-5 business days after we process.
Step 3 — Contact Your Bank
Banks often have internal processing windows before a refund becomes visible in your available balance. This is outside our control once issued.
Step 4 — Contact Favor'd Alkz Support
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, contact us at support@favordalkz.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different 7-OH kratom tablet product: follow the return process above for your current order, and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new product. Damages & Issues

Video your unboxing. Please inspect and video your kratom tablet order upon receipt per our FAQ guidelines. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Damage claims without video documentation may not be eligible for a refund — this policy exists to protect both you and us.

Important Considerations

Non-Eligible Returns: We will not process refunds for kratom tablets or strips that do not meet eligibility criteria — including missing tabs beyond the trial allowance, powder products, damaged packaging, or signs of misuse. In these cases the product will be returned to you at our expense or disposed of at our discretion. See our full Return Policy for product-specific trial allowances.
Lost or Damaged Returns in Transit: We strongly recommend using the prepaid label we provide for all returns. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit when our authorized shipping method is not used. See our Shipping Policy for carrier information.

You must meet the minimum age requirement to purchase 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) kratom tablets from Favor'd Alkz. Purchases made by minors are void and subject to immediate cancellation.

Refund FAQ

  • How long do I have to request a refund? You have 30 days after receiving your order, but must initiate the return within 14 days of confirmed delivery and ship back within 7 days of authorization.
  • Is return shipping free? Yes — on approved 7-OH kratom tablet returns we provide a free prepaid return label by email.
  • How long does the refund take? Inspection takes 2-3 business days after we receive your return, then the refund posts within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2-5 days.
  • Can I get a refund on kratom powder? No — all kratom alkaloid powder sales are final. Only pressed tablet and sublingual strip products are eligible.
  • What if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days? Contact support@favordalkz.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
  • What is the age requirement? You must be 21 or older to purchase any product from Favor'd Alkz.
