Any order placed BEFORE 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST on any business day will be fulfilled and shipped out within that same business day. Any order placed AFTER 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST will be fulfilled and shipped out the following business day. We have a scheduled pick up with the carrier between 3pm–4pm PDT Monday–Friday.

• 2-Day Shipping should arrive in 2 business days
• Ground Shipping should arrive in 3–5 business days

Weekends and holidays do not count towards shipping days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays ship the next business day.

We use a 4PL to purchase shipping labels. Our shipments do not include carrier money-back guarantees. We do not refund for late or delayed packages.

Lost Packages: A package is potentially lost if it hasn't arrived 72 hours after the expected delivery date and tracking has stopped. Please file a claim with the carrier first. If you're unable, we'll help once the window has passed. Do not file a claim before the 72-hour period has passed. Approved claims will be reimbursed. We do not reship lost orders.

Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your order, we'll help investigate. If verified as stolen, you must file a claim with the carrier. Approved claims will be reimbursed. We do not reship stolen orders.

Delayed Packages: Late deliveries arriving within 2–3 days after the estimated date with continued tracking updates do not qualify for refunds or claims.

When you select a shipping option, we use shipping software to select the fastest possible delivery option based on your address and chosen tier.

Example: If you're in Southern California and select 2-Day, Ground may be chosen instead — because it is estimated to arrive faster.

We heavily subsidize shipping costs. Actual costs are almost always much higher, especially for remote locations like Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or hard-to-reach areas. We also upgrade shipping at no cost when rates are favorable.

"We ship out on Saturday!" Sounds great, right? Not exactly. While some vendors claim to ship on weekends, here's what they're not telling you: it almost certainly won't arrive any sooner.

Carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS operate with skeleton crews on Saturdays — primarily to accept shipments, not to move them. Packages dropped off on Saturday rarely move before Monday night. Short-staffed weekend crews also increase the chance of delays or misrouting.

FedEx Home Delivery may deliver on weekends, but it's not guaranteed. That's why we don't ship on weekends — because we value reliability and transparency over empty promises.

This product is not available for shipment outside of the United States. We cannot ship to U.S. Territories or military bases as it requires a Harmony code which we do not have.

We do not recommend ingesting this substance and therefore cannot provide dosage instructions. That said, online sources suggest the dosage for 7oh varies depending on individual factors like weight, metabolism, and personal tolerance.

Biology is complex. What works well for one person might be unhealthy or ineffective for another. A general rule that applies to many things: start small and increase gradually. Always wait at least 1–2 hours before assessing how a dose affects you and deciding to take more.

We use High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to test alkaloid concentrations in our tablets. While highly accurate, results can sometimes vary due to several factors:

• Sample Prep Errors — Crushing, weighing, or dissolving inconsistently can skew results
• Instrument Fluctuations — Small changes in pH, temperature, or pressure can shift readings
• Column Degradation — Over time, the HPLC column can wear down, affecting resolution
• Detector Inconsistencies — Calibration issues or dirty sensors can reduce accuracy
• Subjective Chromatogram Analysis — Even trained analysts may interpret peaks differently

A chromatogram is a line graph displaying peaks for each compound detected. The baseline position, peak boundaries, and low-level noise handling are all subjective calls that affect the final area calculation — which is how each alkaloid percentage is determined.
