All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only considered for orders that fail to arrive as determined by carrier tracking information.

All Sales Are Final
Favor'd Alkz does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on customer preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed and shipped.
Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments
Refunds are only considered in cases where a shipment fails to arrive. Delivery status is determined exclusively by the carrier's tracking information.
- Tracking shows "Delivered" — If tracking confirms your package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a refund. This applies even if you did not personally receive the package. Verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
- Tracking shows package is lost in transit — If carrier tracking indicates the package is lost, stuck, or otherwise undeliverable, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method used). Favor'd Alkz is not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
- No tracking updates / package never scanned — Contact us at support@favordalkz.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Store Credit
In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost or missing by the carrier, Favor'd Alkz may offer a store credit toward a future order. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is at the full and sole discretion of Favor'd Alkz.
Filing a Carrier Claim
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier that shipped your order. The carrier is identified by the prefix of your tracking number — UPS tracking numbers begin with 1Z; USPS tracking numbers are typically 20–22 digits and begin with 92, 93, 94, or 95.
Filing a UPS Claim
- Step 1: Go to the UPS Claims Center at ups.com/claims
- Step 2: Select "I need to file a claim" and enter your tracking number
- Step 3: Follow the prompts to submit your claim with the required details
- Step 4: UPS will investigate and respond directly to the claim
Filing a USPS Claim
- Step 1: Go to the USPS Claims Center at usps.com/help/claims.htm
- Step 2: Sign in or create a free USPS account (required to file)
- Step 3: Select "Start a Claim" and enter your tracking number plus mailing date
- Step 4: Provide proof of value (your order confirmation email works) and a description of the issue
- Step 5: USPS will investigate and respond directly to the claim — typical decisions within 5–10 business days
- Lost package claims can be filed no sooner than 15 days after the mailing date for Priority Mail and no later than 60 days.
- Damaged or missing-contents claims can be filed immediately, up to 60 days from mailing.

Age Requirement
You must meet the minimum age requirement to purchase from Favor'd Alkz. Purchases made by minors are void and subject to immediate cancellation.
