Every order ships Overnight Rush (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Order by 2:30 PM PST (11:30 AM PST for USPS) to ship same business day, Mon–Fri. After cutoff, weekends, or holidays — next business day. Same-day cutoff 2:30 PM PT, Mon–Fri (USPS Overnight cutoff 11:30 AM PT). PO Box orders ship USPS Priority Express — those placed after the USPS cutoff drop the same day but may not depart until the next business day. PO Boxes: USPS only.

Our software picks the fastest carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) — prefer one? Reply to your confirmation email and we'll set it. Tracking may sit on Label Created before it scans — that's normal.
