Once your order is placed, we process, pack, and hand it to the carrier as fast as we can. After pickup, transit and delivery are fully in the carrier's hands — weather, routing, and volume affect timing in ways we can't control.
Order Cutoff
Orders by 2:30 PM PST ship same business day, Mon–Fri (12:30 PM PST for USPS Overnight). After cutoff, weekends, or holidays — next business day.
PO Boxes ship USPS only and must be placed before 12:30 PM PST to go out same day. USPS orders after 12:30 PM PST may drop off same day but may not move until the next business day.
Choosing a Carrier
Checkout doesn't let you pick a carrier — our software selects the fastest available (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Prefer one? Leave a note on your order or email support@favordalkz.com right after ordering and we'll set it before it ships.
Overnight Delays
- Paid overnight, delayed → $40 refund.
- Free overnight, delayed → $20 store credit (no order refund — we covered the shipping).
Carrier Conditions
Recent UPS layoffs, carrier staffing changes, and higher fuel prices have slowed logistics industry-wide and can stretch transit times.
Tracking
We see the same tracking you do — nothing more. A Label Created status means your order is already packed and picked up; some carriers just don't scan it until it reaches a sorting facility. Tracking almost always updates on its own as it moves.
